We proudly announce AVIATE, United’s pilot career development program, and Phoenix East Aviation (PEA) are partnering to offer PEA students and CFIs a clear and direct route to a United Airlines flight deck.
We’re looking for outstanding leaders like you who want to join the very best team of pilots in the aviation industry.
Those who apply and are successful in the AVIATE selection process will join the program and benefit from the defined path to a lifelong career at United.
After your one and-only United interview, your journey starts as a PEA student or CFI and continues with AVIATE as you gain experience and build hours toward your R-ATP (while maintaining an outstanding performance record).
Then, you will have the opportunity to fly for a United Express partner or take on a leadership role at one of our Part 135 partners, before ultimately transitioning to United.
Throughout the journey, AVIATE participants will have access to mentorship from a United coach and opportunities to build aeronautical experience and develop as leaders with United’s partners in preparation for a position as a United pilot.
